Software Features Overview

  • Time tracking: students can clock in & out with their student ID # or with the IdentiMetrics fingerprint scanner. Students will always know how many hours that they have completed vs. how many hours they have remaining in the program.


  • Lab productivity tracking: Track students lab progress. As students complete lab requirements, they will track their progress within the software. The instructor can approve or reject any lab task that has been submitted by the student. Instructors students and parents can view the students lab progress to ensure they are staying on track.


  • Digital lab rubrics: Create your own custom lab rubrics. The software makes digital grading easy. Once the rubrics are graded they are automatically placed into the gradebook for students and parents to view.


  • Assignment Calendar: includes a motivational Monday quote of the week to encourage a positive classroom culture. When adding an assignment you can upload a file, include a pre-loaded rubric or insert a link.

Software Overview

  • Time tracking: either manually or with the IdentiMetrics fingerprint scanner. Students will always know how many hours that they have completed vs. how many hours they have remaining in the program.


  • Productivity log: During the last 15min of the day students can journal what they accomplished. This is a great way for students to learn time management skills and set productivity goals.


  • Inventory tracker: Conveniently add and remove inventory with the click of a button. The software places the inventory that you used into a separate category to make reordering more efficient and less time consuming.


  • Digital lab rubrics: Use a pre-loaded rubric or create your own. Grading multiple students during lab is easy without the mess of papers and filing! Once the rubrics are graded they are automatically placed into the gradebook.



  • Gradebook: Lab rubrics that are used within the software will be automatically graded and uploaded into the gradebook. There is also an option to manually input grades.


  • Productivity log: This can be used daily, weekly or monthly to have students set goals, journal their progress or take notes regarding what they have learned. 


  • Lab Management Job Chart: Streamline the end of the day cleaning procedures with the built in job chart. Simply input the jobs and descriptions then select if you would like a weekly or bi-weekly rotation. Students can view their weekly job when they login.


  • Instructor Daily Planner:  Create lesson plan templates and add daily notes. Each entry can be either personal or shared with co-teachers. Download your lessons to make your curriculum planning more consistent and efficient.
